Fishing at World’s End

Tierra Del Fuego – Argentina

Previous contributors Nicolas and Luis from Flydreamers.com sent us these images from a trip to the Rio Grande in Tierra del Fuego.

Species: Sea run brown trout

Fly fishing at the southernmost part of the world is demanding. The weather is
extreme and very cold with winds of up to 80 miles an hour or more.

On this trip, a blown river called for heavy sink tips and big articulated
leeches. Long casts were required to reach the fish. Sea trout are strong rivals.
